Diabolik Lovers is about 6 vampires with a cute girl who become their toy. That’s really ironic, right? However some people really love it, especially certain type of girls since this show is intended for female audiences. But in general, there are some specific people who will love it, too. Let me say as clear as possible, if you are a psycho genre lovers, or a man who hates girls, or a masochist woman, then you will really love this anime!
at the very start it seems to be many nonsense, though as you progress through the anime, the plot explains by itself. The one think bad is that the flashbacks must be explained more, and there are plenty of holes and unless you have played the original visual novel, you will be left with questions.
The concept is originally well written and really deep, though for some reason when made into the anime it ended up confusing and fairly hard to adhere to, especially when the episodes are only 15 minutes long, and it’s the whole plot in need of full episodes. Several episodes seemed rushed, though the ending is really satisfying and shockingly touching.

Diabolik Lovers Anime Review
At the behest of her father, Komori Yui goes to live in a private mansion, home to the 6 Sakamaki brothers: Shuu, Reiji, Ayato, Kanato, Laito, and Subaru. A family of vampires. Although at first the siblings are confused as to the reasons the girl has arrive, they soon find that she is to be their own new “sacrificial bride”, as well as their other, more carnal objectives for her. Right after meeting the brothers, Yui quickly begins to question why her father would have sent her here and why she feels an odd, new pain in her chest. With each brother more sadistic than the last, Yui’s life as a captive takes a harrowing turn in her new home. As her days end turn into endless nights, and each brother vows to make her his own, Yui falls much deeper into madness and ecstasy.
Story centers around the high school girl who for whatever reason walks into a “Sex Addict Mansion” that inhabits sadistic psycho vampires that takes extreme pleasure in attacking the girl and making her feel like in hell. Honestly, I would rather watch Kizumonogatari by NisioisiN for a better vampire show.
To begin with, the several episodes just shows the girl getting played by each one of the vampire brothers. I could not even find a real plot, as all it was is just the shitty vampires attacking, rapping and assaulting the week girl for her blood.
So, which audiences is this anime aimed for? I don’t know… but just what I mentioned above: psycho genre lovers, a man who hates girls, and a masochist woman will really love this show.
The art style is pretty, I guess. And in character designs, you will a lot of pretty boys with wonderful gradient hair. However there is nothing really special with the way the characters are made apart from their outfits.
There’s almost no plot development. In other world, there is no any character development considering all of them sees Yui as food and sexual abuse target. Several first episodes show the guys whom each gets his an opportunity to spend some time with Yui and playing with her. These constantly end up with Yui losing her blood and crying to tears. Well, the best humor and joke that I got from this show so far.
Get ready for an awkward sucking and slurping sounds, as if contain their saliva, horrible. The soundtrack is not very good with an eerie like background. But I like to the ending song though as it brings a sense of darkness.
If you are not into horror, violence, bulying, or something similar to that. Please, stay away from this garbage. It’s totally different with violence-action genre that usually the target always fighting back or someone who’s always helping the helpless one (hero of justice). In this show, you will only see a girl getting tortured by the 6-loser-vampires.
Diabolik Lovers More,Blood Review
Komori Yui still held captive by the Sakamaki brothers in their mansion. Although haunted by enigmatic dreams, Yui soon deciphers their meaning when caught in a car crash, which eventually leads to encountering four new vampires, the Mukami brothers including Ruki, Azusa, Kou, and Yuuma, who themselves capture the bewildered girl.
Yui later awakens in the Mukami mansion, where the brothers reveal their blueprints for her. Together, they will have the power to rule the world. However, along with the Sakamaki brothers hot on their heels, hings might not go really as smoothly as they had imagined.
The story is actually just as bad as first season. They still keep the sucking blood and torturing the helpless girl concept in line. The dialogue and conversation as always is so untolerable. However, the story development is better than before. You will find the real plot here.
The only aspect I could give a credit from the show would be art style. Just like in first season, I love the texture they took and the color.
Despite the story line starting to develop, but not with the characters. The Sakamaki brothers are still sex addict and love to torturing the hopeless girls, plus with new shitty character: Mukami brothers who also love to torturing someone. Honestly, what’s wrong with this show?
I do like the opening song a little bit. Maybe it’s because there is almost no great thing about the show. The animation seems really fitting with the music and it doesn’t look just as bad as the real plot.
Basically, I almost give it 35 just like the first season. However, since it has better story development, so I gave it +10. The another aspect is still horrible except the music.
