Danmachi can be an anime that built to be very simple. To begin with, you will not see anything complicated here. I see it among the budget anime, where there is nothing distinctive about it. It seems like Sword Art Online season 2, just with a lot of fan services. The reason that you have to watch Danmachi, is maybe to fulfill as a relaxation after you have tired the list of epic and super great anime, or if you need something casual.
This anime comes with emphasis on the interactions and relationships of the characters, among other things. Likely to determine that these fantasy and fictional characters are really alive and well in a world like. Consequently, assists in delivering sympathy and empathy from the audiences, just like Re:Zero. Additionally, this may infer to the reality that life seriously centers around relationships. Furthermore, there are many things that can’t be done alone. Maybe alluding to standard concept addressed in High School of the Dead, Personal 4 the Animation, and also BlazBlue: Alter Memory.

This can be a wonderful anime for gamer audiences that enjoy fantasy worlds, as well as similar anime like .Hack, Sword Art Online, Overlord, etc. The plot is simplistic and the main character is kind of standard in which it displays the weak becoming strong. While many people have this kind of review, I personally have also my viewpoint that I will express in this short article. Happy reading…

DanMachi Anime Review
A long, long time ago, Gods came down to the human, their children world seeking excitement. And they decided that they would live here with the children forever in the lower world. They decided to seal away their divine power, and enjoy life with all the hardship and inconvenience that it entails. God can offer their children only one thing: the power to fight monsters, what they call “blessing”. The children given this power become god’s servants in his/her familia.
The story sets in the fictional country of Orario whose main feature place is in the Dungeon which consist of a variety of monsters starting from goblins to dragons. Adventurers go to the dungeon to slay the monsters and take their crystal shards, which are used to craft magic items or exchanged for the money. The people or children of gods of Orario join guilds called Familia, who assist a range of functions from dungeon crawling to crafting items. Each Familia is named after and a resident deity. In a fashion akin to JRPG, the adventurers are grouped into levels, raising their levels, and skills according to their feats.
DanMachi centers around the exploits of Bell Cranel, a 14-year-old solo adventurer under the Familia of goddess Hestia. As the only member of the guild, he works hard every single day in the dungeon to make ends meet while looking aiming to enhance himself. He looks up to Aiz Wallenstein, a well-known, beauty, and strong swordswoman who once rescued him, and whom he fell in love with. However, he is unaware that other girls, deities, and mortals alike also develop feelings towards him. Especially Hestia, as he also acquires allies and boost himself with each new challenge he faces.
It is a show that does not dwell on things for very long. Bell tends to make further development at a ridiculous rate but at least events keep coming and every episodes feels fresh in for some reason. Numerous enemies give a new challenge. Some of these enemies call to mind Bell of when he was weaker and it brings certain painful memories. He has to defeat these grim reminders and apply the new skills he has learned to overcome his fear and enemies.
Yes, our main protagonist is only beginner in this fantasy world and adventure field. However, the most interesting thing lie down there. We can see how Bell Cranel manages to developing himself to another level. The drawback is, the harem itself. Bell Cranel is nothing than cliche person, but why many people are really obsessed to him. Many hot girls starting to develop their affection to him without any reasons except “sympathy”.
Without a doubt, J.C.Staff studio will always give you some well-polished art and high quality animation. Battles scenes have a good amount of impact and punch thanks to a mix of sound and debris. You will be able to really feel the weight behind every sword movement, fist flying and rock scattering. The battles scenes are undoubtedly the anime’s strong point and the technical side of things gone a long way to gaining that.
Although the story comes with redeemable moments, and is really decently written, the characters greatly reduce this anime to a mess on several occasions. Let’s get started with our main protagonist, Bell is only another standard-cliche anime main characters. And again, the girls character herself. There are a lot of hot, kind, gentle, and strong guys in this anime, however, why all girls seem fall for only our main protagonist. The worse, without any reasons except sympathy. The good thing, they are not as stupid as characters in School Days.
It is an anime that is not trying to be more than what it is and is honest about that. It can be entertainment but gives you nothing else when it’s all said and done. There are some fan services prepared to leap out at you from every single corner.
So, is it wrong to try to pick up girls in a dungeon? I don’t know. As a Japanese RPG gamer, especially online, I never tried to do that. Even though I believe that there are lots of girls who play the game, but sometimes there are also GiRL (Guy in Real Life) who use girl characters in game. So, I chose to avoid those creatures, instead of got a “trap”.
