At Jump Fest 2017 event held on December 18 announced that Yuki Tabata’s Black Clover will be adapted into TV anime series.

The manga was serialized in Weekly Shounen Jump magazine and sets in fantasy world. The manga centers around Asta, a young man who was abandoned by his parents and raised in the church. Asta couldn’t use magic at all, but still aims to occupy the top position among the witches, Mahoutei.

The manga has also been published in tankobon and has 9 volumes so far. The anime will be produced by studio Pierrot.
