As previously reported, Kadokawa announced that “Gabriel Dropout” manga series will be adapted into an anime TV series. Interestingly, the anime will reunite the main staff from Himouto! Umaru-chan anime series and will be animated by Doga Kobo studio. Masahiko Outa is directing the series, Takashi Aoshima is handling the series composition, while Katsuhiro Kumagai is serving as character design.
Now, it’s also finally announced that the anime will be debuting on January 2017 in Japan. Moreover, the latest anime visual has also been released.
Gabriel Dropout authored by Ukami and tells about Gabriel, the best student among graduates in her class at angel school. Later, she will attend a human school in earth to study, but she’s to engrossed in online games and causing her reluctant to go anywhere.
The manga is still ongoing and published in Kadokawa’s Dengeki Daioh and already has 3 volumes so far.
