Now in Natsume’s possession, the book gives Reiko’s grandson this power too, which is the reason these enraged beings now haunt him in hopes of somehow getting their freedom.

Without parents and a loving home, and always being hunted by dangerous, merciless youkai, Natsume is looking for solace—a place where he belongs. Jojo no Kimyou na Bouken: Diamond wa KudakenaiPlot: The year is 1999. Morioh, a normally peaceful and quiet city, has recently turn into a hotbed of odd activity. Joutarou Kuujou, now a marine biologist, heads to the strange city to meet Jousuke Higashikata. Although the two may appear like strangers at first, Jousuke is actually the illegitimate child of Joutarou’s grandfather, Joseph Joestar. Once they meet, Joutarou finds out that he might have more in common with Jousuke than simply a blood relation.

Along with the mild-mannered Kouichi Hirose and the energetic Okuyasu Nijimura, the group dedicates themselves to investigating recent disappearances and various suspicious events within Morioh. Aided by the power of Stands, the four men will face danger at every single street corner, as it is up to them to unravel the town’s secrets, before one other shows up.

Review: The JoJo franchise has at all times drew a certain type of crowd – those who are appreciative of classy character designs, excessive action and absurdist comedy. Diamond is Unbreakable uses that formula, comes with a Slice of Life mystery to the equation, throws it all in a blender and turns the dial on high speed. It took people some time to adjust to this new flavor, but the result was arguably the best JoJo has ever been.

From the studio that animated Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu, Kyoto Animation’s Hibike! Euphonium is a fresh and musical take on the slice-of-life staple that’s the high school student’s fight to deal with their past, find romance, and recognise their dreams and goals.
