Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku Deep Information
When the girls (and a boy) transform into magical girls, their physical abilities are extremely enhanced. Each of magical girls was given the Magical Phone, so they can use it to go through the basic tutorial on being a magical girl. It also lets them contact other magical girls. There are fifteen magical girls in the city right now. Himekawa Koyuki is the fifteenth. Every magical girl has one unique power. For example, Koyuki has the ability to hear the thoughts of those in trouble. A magical girl’s goals are to help people and collect Magical Candies. Unless their wish it to be otherwise, the people they interact with will only retain vague memories of them. Even if they take pictures, they will never show up clearly. So they can act without worry.
What each of them considers righteous is up to them to decide. Magical girls aren’t bound by the law of human society. There are five magical girls working together as a group in Monzen Town. Their leader, Ruler, is a difficult one. Some of the magical girls form pairs, too.
