Fullmetal Alchemist: The Conqueror of Shamballa, or also known as Gekijouban Hagane no Renkinjutsushi – Shanbara wo Yuku mono (劇場版 鋼の錬金術師 シャンバラを征く者) is a Japanese anime action science fantasy movie based on the Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hiromu Arakawa. It acts as sequel of Fullmetal Alchemist anime series.

Fullmetal Alchemist: The Conqueror of Shamballa Synopsis
In frustration, Edward Elric sacrificed his body and soul to save his brother Alphonse, and is now displaced in the center of Munich, Germany. He struggling to adapt to a world absolutely unfamiliar to him in the wake of the financial crisis that followed the end of World War I. Isolated and cannot home with his alchemy skills, Edward continues to explore other methods of getting away from the prison alongside colleagues who bear striking resemblances to many of the people he left behind. As dissent brews among the German citizenry, its neighbours also feel the unrest of the ashamed nation.
In the mean time, Alphonse continues to investigate Edward’s disappearance, delving within the science of alchemy in the hopes of ultimately reuniting with his older brother.
