Bungou Stray Dogs Synopsis

For weeks, Atsushi Nakajima’s orphanage has been stricken by a mystical tiger that only he seems to be familiar with. Alleged to be behind the odd events, the 18-year-old is suddenly kicked out of the orphanage and left starving, homeless, and walking around through the city.

While starving on a riverbank, Atsushi saves a fairly strange man named Osamu Dazai from drowning. Unique suicide lover and supernatural detective, Dazai has been investigating the identical tiger that’s been terrorizing the boy. Together with Dazai’s partner Doppo Kunikida, they answer the puzzle, but its conclusion leaves Atsushi in a limited spot. As several strange incidents take place, Atsushi is coerced into joining their agency of supernatural detectives, dealing with abnormal cases the police is unable to cope with, along with his various enigmatic co-workers.
